We offer video tours of homes for our out of area and relocation clients. I’ll never win an academy award for my cinematography, but many clients find it useful. I’ll do my best to show you the great and not so great features of the neighborhood and home you are interested in.
Why video? Many of the clients we work with are relocating into the area from somewhere else in the world. If you are unfamiliar with our area and neighborhoods and can’t make a house hunting trip before your arrival, video is your next best solution. Yes, people really do buy homes via the Internet.
How to request a video
1. Use our MLS Listing Search to locate a home that interests you.
2. Become a client of The Tousley Group
3. Contact us by phone (253) 820-2745 or email brett@brettsellshouses.com with the listing number of the home you’d like us to visit.
Limitations
Helping people buy and sell homes is how we make our living and feed our families. This service is only available to our properly registered clients. If you do not intend to use our services to help you buy or sell your next home please do not request a video.
