If you are reading this you are either a real estate geek like myself or just very tenacious with your google habits. Either way welcome to my new blog. The look and feel will change over the next few weeks but the purpose of this blog will not.
A little about me: My name is Brett Tousley, I’m a father of 3 happy kids and live in Pierce County Washington. I help people buy and sell houses, condos and land in Pierce, Thurston and King counties. My physical brick and mortar office in located @ 15 Oregon Ave Suite 107D Tacoma, WA. If you google my name you’ll see I’ve been active on the net both with my real estate websites and blogging for several years. Up until now I’ve been blogging on a platform called Active Rain. AR has been a great resource over the past few years for me and my clients, but it’s time to branch out.
Still working on the specific architecture of the blog and no doubt it will continue to evolve over time. Here’s what I have planned at this time.
1. Daily updates for the first month or so.
2. Primarily real estate related but I will go off on tangents when I feel like.
3. Bank owned/Foreclosure buying tips
4. Regular market updates for various areas that I serve-If you want specific info on your neighborhood market just ask.
5. Guest bloggers from time to time- Expect to see some of the experts I routinely work with providing info on their area of expertise. Mortgage, Taxes, Insurance, Escrow, Title and Home Inspection topics will be covered.
5. Do Follow blog comments-I believe in “do follow” blogs. You’re encouraged to comment on any post, but please keep the self promotion and spamming to a minimum.
